Service Description
An FAA certified remote Pilot in Command (PIC) will capture various images of your prime real estate from various angles and altitudes. Above Ground Level Pro Services will professionally author compelling images and video that are ready for your MLS listings the moment you receive them. Views captured include, but are not limited to: - Birds eye view - Property special feature capture - Panoramic land/property capture - Cinematic UHD video showcasing listing All images will be delivered as high resolution JPEG. Photography for PRIVATE, MARKETING, and SOCIAL MEDIA use only! No dimensions, volumes, or surveyed measurements provided. Mission duration subject to change based on square footage and acreage.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please contact us 48 hours before scheduled date. AGL Pro Services reserves the right to reschedule a mission due to unfavorable flight conditions. Above Ground Level Pro services respects your time and schedule. We will always do our best to be professional, courteous, and on time. Life happens and so do scheduling conflicts. If you have to cancel please let us know as SOON as possible to avoid fees! AGL Pro Services Cancellation Fees: 48 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 48 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $50 fee. 24 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 24 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $75 fee. Day of the Shoot - For cancellations that take place on the Same Day of the shoot, we will charge a mandatory 50% of the scheduled services. * The day of shoot cancellation fee is NOT applied to the actual package or credited to your account. This fee will also get sale taxes added at time of invoice.
