Service Description
Photogrammetry is a process where 3D data is derived from 2D images. Above Ground Level Pro Services will capture hundreds of aerial photos to create a 3D model of your property or structure. These models capture real life representation of property and structures. Accuracy and detail is reliant on pilot and done having 360 degree access to property or structure. If a structure is surrounded by low tree canopy, or against a wall, embedded within a corner etc. Above Ground Level Pro Services cannot guarantee a quality 3D model result. All models will be hosted on a third party platform Sketchfab https://sketchfab.com/ Sketchfab allows for embedding a web based 3D model viewer on your website. Private and/or password protected models shall have an additional charge associated to invoice Upon client request 3D model and textures can be delivered in the following formats: .obj .fbx .usd 3D models for PRIVATE, MARKETING, and SOCIAL MEDIA use only! No dimensions, volumes, or surveyed measurements provided. Mission duration subject to change based on square footage and acreage.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel please contact us 48 hours before scheduled date. AGL Pro Services reserves the right to reschedule a mission due to unfavorable flight conditions. Above Ground Level Pro services respects your time and schedule. We will always do our best to be professional, courteous, and on time. Life happens and so do scheduling conflicts. If you have to cancel please let us know as SOON as possible to avoid fees! AGL Pro Services Cancellation Fees: 48 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 48 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $50 fee. 24 Hour - For cancellations that take place within 24 hours of the shoot time, we will charge a mandatory $75 fee. Day of the Shoot - For cancellations that take place on the Same Day of the shoot, we will charge a mandatory 50% of the scheduled services. * The day of shoot cancellation fee is NOT applied to the actual package or credited to your account. This fee will also get sale taxes added at time of invoice.
